The 3rd annual Florida State Championships – FSC will be held June 21-26 in Auburndale, FL. The Pro’s Select Showcase for all players will start Championship week and will be held on June 21 at the Lake Myrtle complex. The World Amateur Baseball Association is your Co-host for 2013 Florida State Championships and WABA baseball will bring a new twist to the Championships; the Championship games will be a live streaming broadcast on the web! We’re looking forward to a great week of baseball as we have some of the top teams from around the state of Florida already committed.

If you are looking for a chance to interact with college coaches and pro scouts, then the Pro’s Select Collegiate Clinic is the opportunity for you. The Pro’s Select Collegiate Clinic, while instructional in nature, is designed to not only improve the skill level of each player, but also provide the unique opportunity to informally interact with coaches and pro scouts to better understand what is necessary to continue playing after high school.
The 2012 Pro’s Select Collegiate Clinic will be cancelled for this year. We are excited about the possibilities for next year and have secured all of the College Coaches for next year’s event. We fully expect to have an outstanding Collegiate Clinic in the fall of 2013. Thank you for your interest, Pro’s Select.

Pro’s Select High School Series are hybrid events that feature an Open division, a High School division and a Travel team division. Teams come from around the state to participate in their division in round robin competition. The idea is to play as many innings as possible against good competition. The game format follows the High School rules in general, no lineups will be exchanged but teams should have rosters with numbers, names and contact information available for scouts and college coaches.

The Pro’s Select Invitational is a round robin event that will feature a Showcase on Friday September 14. Check in will be at 3:45, the workout will begin at 4:30. Games will be played on Saturday and Sunday, September 15-16. This event is for travel teams and High School teams and will feature the best teams in the state from both travel and High School divisions. This is a good exposure event and has grown tremendously over the years. Last year we had 48 college coaches and professional scouts attend the event. Each team will play 3 games in a Showcase round robin format. The event will be held at Terry Park and the Player Development complex in Fort Myers, FL.

The 2011 Florida State Championships featured 40 teams from Florida and Puerto Rico and was a tremendous success. The Orlando Scorpions Black team took home the Championship trophy. The 2012 Florida State Championships will add 1 sponsor – Southwest Florida Baseball and two brackets for Champions to emerge from. The 16U tournament will run from June 16-19 and the Underclass tournament will run from June 18-21. The 2012 Florida State Championships will be a part of the Perfect Game Summer League.
Prospect Select Baseball will co-host this event and feature live streaming up to date news, articles and stats. This will be a part of the Perfect Game Summer League.
